Donation Policy

All donations are voluntary contributions intended to support The Help Desk Outreach Network's charitable programs and activities.

Donations may be used to support:

  • Food assistance programs
  • Student welfare initiatives
  • Community outreach activities
  • Administrative and operational expenses related to carrying out our mission

Cryptocurrency Donations

Where cryptocurrency donations are accepted, donors are responsible for ensuring that funds are sent to the correct wallet address and network.

Transactions sent to incorrect addresses or unsupported networks may not be recoverable.

Refund Policy

Because donations are used to support charitable activities, donations are generally non-refundable.

However, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in situations involving:

  • Duplicate donations
  • Technical processing errors
  • Unauthorized transactions

Any approved refund shall be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
